In accordance with the regulations issued by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) regarding scholarships to be awarded to students enrolled in doctoral programs, scholarship disbursements for eligible students have been handled by the YÖK Support Scholarships Branch of the Office of Student Affairs as of January 2020.
Paragraph 4 of Article 12 of the “Procedures and Principles Regarding Scholarships to Be Awarded to Students Enrolled in Doctoral Programs by the Council of Higher Education” (The scholarship recipient is obligated to notify their university if a situation arises that would result in the termination of their scholarship in accordance with these procedures and principles, and to refund any excess scholarship funds that may have been paid to them.) ; to ensure that procedures are carried out properly and accurately, if there are any changes to the information you provided during registration—such as starting or leaving a job—you must send the relevant e-You must submit the SGK Service Record document you receive from the government to yokdestek@yildiz.edu.tr within 3 business days at the latest.
