EXPLANATION REGARDING THE DIPLOMA PREPARATION PROCESS
In accordance with the relevant guidelines, the diploma preparation process takes an average of 25 business days. In this regard, we strongly request that you refrain from sending emails, making phone calls, or making in-person inquiries regarding diplomas to our Department. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
You can check the status of your diploma—which will be ready within one (1) month after your graduation decision has been entered into the student information system—via the inquiry page below. For all other students, diplomas are ready and can be picked up between 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 at the Davutpaşa Campus, Stone Building (Barracks Building), Office of Student Affairs, Room A-1013, between 09:00 and 12:00 or 13:00 and 16:00.

Procedures for diploma pickup for students who graduated after 2016:
- Return of the student ID card
- Presentation of the original ID card, passport, or marriage certificate,
For students who graduated after 2016, the clearance process (Tuition Office, Library, UZEM) is conducted through the Student Information System. There is no need to visit the relevant offices to obtain approval.
However, with the approval of the Alumni Coordination Office, the approval process for the Optical Instruments Laboratory (for students in the Faculty of Civil Engineering) must be completed by students using the form below.
Students must fill out the FR-0294-Dismissal Certificate.doc form and have it approved by the units listed below.

Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Civil Engineering and Real Estate Program at the Vocational School of Applied Sciences must have the “Optical Instruments Laboratory” section approved by the relevant Dean’s Office or Department Chair
(Foreign students receiving scholarships from the Presidency of Turks and Related Communities under the Prime Ministry of the Republic of Turkey must submit a document proving that their scholarship has been terminated.)
GRADUATION CERTIFICATE OBTAINED THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT
Students who graduated at the end of the spring semester of the 2016–2017 academic year (following final, make-up, and graduation exams) and who require a “certificate of graduation” to submit to other institutions or organizations may obtain it through the e-Government Portal (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/) by accessing the “e-Services” section, selecting the “Council of Higher Education” option, and using the “Higher Education Graduation Certificate Inquiry” module to print a barcoded “Graduation Certificate” and complete the application process.
