Students Who Have Earned the Right to Enroll at Our University Through the 2025 YKS Additional Quota

2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR YKS ADDITIONAL QUOTA REGISTRATIONS

Students who have earned the right to enroll at our university through the 2026 YKS Additional Quota (excluding the Marine Engineering Department) may complete their registration via e-Government from October 2 to 4, 2026. Students who prefer to register in person at our University may do so at the faculties to which their admitted departments belong from October 2–9, 2026.

Students who choose to register in person at our University must submit all documents listed in the “Documents Required for Registration” section to the staff responsible for registration at the faculty to which their department belongs. Registration will not be processed with incomplete documents.

Students who complete their registration electronically through e-Devlet do not need to come to the University to submit documents during the registration period. However, students who register via e-Government must submit the “Documents Required for Registration” to the department office where they are enrolled by Friday, October 9, 2026, at the latest.

Students who have been admitted to the Department of Marine Engineering and Operations within the Faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime Sciences at our University must submit, as specified in the “Documents Required for Registration,” a copy of the medical report bearing the notation “Maritime Crew Medical Examination Certificate” (to be obtained from the General Directorate of Border and Coastal Health; visit http://www.hssgm.gov.tr for detailed information) (provided the original is kept by the student), to the relevant faculty registration officer during registration; therefore, registration via e-Government is not accepted. This document must be obtained a few days prior to registration; after the original has been verified by the registration officer, a photocopy will be submitted to the registration officer to be placed in the student’s file. Registration for students admitted to the department will take place at the Faculty of Shipbuilding and Maritime Studies from October 2 to 9, 2026.
